Processing Time:

If the ordered item is in stock, we will process the order within 24 hours. If the item is pre-order or out of stock, we will reach out to you with an estimated shipping time. 

Shipping Rate and Time:

• Standard Domestic Shipping (3-7 business days): $5 flat rate or FREE on orders over $35! 
• Express Shipping (1-3 business days): Choose your preferred rate from our checkout options. 
• International Shipping: Rates vary based on destination. We promise to keep it as fair and affordable as possible.

Tracking:

Once the items are shipped, you will receive an email with tracking numbers, or you can log onto your account at our website to see the order status. You can also use Shop App to track your order.
